J. Liam Donovan
Biography
I am a former Submarine Nuclear Engineering Officer, with a Bachelor
of Science in Physics from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of
Science in Systems Engineering from Naval Postgraduate School. I have
extensive DoD acquisition background, including experience and training in Program
Management, Systems Engineering, and Test and Evaluation.
